Tom McGrath Spanish Properties launches two new specialist services tailored to Irish residents seeking homes in the sun.

The first service involves legal experts Tom McGrath & Associates teaming up with mortgage specialists Turlough Meagher Financial Services to offer Irish consumers a complete overseas property purchasing service.

This development is designed to take the stress out of buying in Spain for property seekers. The partnership will enable homebuyers to make informed decisions about every aspect of their foreign purchase.
