ISEA Annual Black Tie Dinner 2011

Tom McGrath, Pat Kenny and Pablo Vallejo
This year's ISEA (Ireland Spain Economic Association) Annual Gala Dinner was held at the King’s Inns, Constitution Hill, Dublin. ISEA were delighted to welcome Mr. Pat Kenny, RTE Broadcaster, as the Speaker. The event was sponsered by McGrath O'Donnell & Associates and was attended by over 120 guests.
It was a very enjoyable evening with Pat Kenny giving an entertaining account of Red Hugh O'Donnell, the 16th century Rebel King of Donegal who was received with great honour by the Governor of Galicia when he fled to Spain. The ISEA event coincided with the unveiling of a plague in honour of Red Hugh at the Rebel's burial place in Valladolid, Spain. Irish Ambassador to Spain, Justin Harman, was unable to attend the ISEA Gala Dinner as he was attending the unveiling of the plaque in Spain however, he sent his best wishes and suggested that Pat Kenny included Red Hugh in his address.
