Agency Agreements

An Agency Agreement is a legal contract between the Principal and the Agent by which the Agent agrees to act on behalf of the Principal and the Principal agrees to be bound by the actions of the agent. The Agency Agreement usually establishes terms such as the purpose of the agency, the term of the agreement, the duties of the agent, compensation as well as many other essential terms. The power vested in the Agent is commonly referred to as the agents “authority”.

Service Agreements

General Service Agreements, also referred to as a contractor agreement, is a contract between a contractor (i.e. gardener, builder, repairer etc.) to provide services, and a property/business owner.
