We try to ensure that money paid over during the course of the transaction is secure at every stage of the purchasing process, including deposits you make to the developer. We endeavour to make sure that bank guarantees are in place where possible.
We liaise with our overseas associate legal offices to ensure that the purchaser obtains a good marketing title. This means that you own the property and entitles you to sell it in the future as the legitimate owner. Our clients receive an Irish invoice and we share our legal fees with the foreign lawyers we have been dealing with in the country of purchase. We are happy to help you with setting up a bank account in the country where you are buying.
McGrath O'Donnell & Associates can also obtain necessary legal documents such as a national identity number (NIE) required in Spain before you can purchase property. Where translation services are required we will endeavour to help you find a suitable service. We make sure that there are no hidden surprises. We give you peace of mind.
