Andrew Smyth

Andrew Smyth is a Senior Consultant to the Dublin based firm of solicitors McGrath O'Donnell & Associates. Educated at St. Joseph’s C.B.S in Dublin, and later at UCD and the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland, he has practiced in Dublin since qualifying in 1957.

Andy is married to Ann and has a daughter, Aoife. Andy is a former President of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (1981) and the Law Society of Ireland (1995/1996). He is a highly experienced Solicitor, Notary Public and Arbitrator, and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Andy specialises in the areas of Litigation, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law and has lectured at various times on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law.
