David O'Donnell, Solicitor

David O’Donnell is a Partner in the Dublin based Firm of Solicitors, McGrath O'Donnell & Associates.

Educated in Summerhill College, Co. Sligo and has an Honours Degree in Business & Computing from the University of Ulster, Coleraine, further educated in the Dublin Institute of Technology and the incorporated Law Society of Ireland.

David has been with the McGrath O'Donnell & Associates since 2004 and has been central in the expansion of the firms service areas, providing professional advise to both holiday home buyers and investors alike in counties such as Portugal, Cape Verde Islands, France, Germany, Poland, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Morocco, Italy, Mexico, Panama, Brazil and the Dominican Republic.

David also advises in relation to all domestic matters.

David has written a number of articles on overseas properties legal matters for various Irish publications and has also lectured on the matter at the Law Society of Ireland and at various property seminars.

Last year, Tom McGrath & Associates was awarded the Ireland Spain Economic Association Annual Award, presented to the company believed to have made a significant contribution to the trade links between Ireland and Spain.
